This was a read for my Library Administration and Management course. It is a very quick read which is a good thing because honestly the story is pretty hokey and the writing is at best iffy. Yes the concepts are useful, but you have to ignore a lot to get there. My professor says he looks for a book that provides the same lessons as efficiently. I personally think maybe someone needs to literally do a rewrite with examples more appropriate to today’s customers.
